So remember a while ago, I got the Incredible Cross-Sections book? I decided it was time I take a few high-res images to help some fellow First Order sinners/Kylux fans out.

Problem: this book is fucking massive and taking pics was an annoying effort that involved yoga poses, towels, a tripod, a DSLR, and about an hour in Photoshop. They’re still not great, but they’re as good as I can get them! Hopefully they’ll be useful to people; I plan to use them in manips for my fic notifs, but the info is very useful for if you’re writing stuff set on the Finalizer or wondered what Ren’s shuttle was like inside.

Here’s an Imgur Album with the images, which include high-res cross-sections of:

…And a few bits of some general tech info, too.

TWO NOTES:

1. These are large images, 1000×1500+. Do not try to open them on mobile! (Or do, but be aware I warned you.)

2. I’m not taking requests for other images– I have not and will not be photographing or uploading the entire book, since that’s a. borderline infringement, and b. too much damn work. If you want images of the Resistance tech, you’re going to have to get it yourselves! 😛
