It still feels like summer outside.

Still is summer, technically. But to Hux, summer is home and London and holding himself carefully above the fray, not letting his father’s moods or his mother’s drinking or the people he went to secondary with grab him by the ankle and drag him down. Whereas here, in America, in September, he lets his metaphorical ankles dangle, low enough for American boys to grab at.

Although Ben Solo’s the only one who’s managed to grab them and pull him down, like an anchor.

@badspacebabies said we needed more Hux nipple play and apparently that was what broke my months-long dry spell. So please enjoy my first crack at a college AU. That description makes it sound really thoughtful but it’s mostly just porn.

A fill for this Kylux hardkinks prompt:
The First Order releases an annual spicy pinup calendar featuring stormtroopers, officers, pilots etc. Hux thinks it’s stupid until he hears that Ren is going to be featured in it (bonus points if Hux has never seen Kylo without his mask and robes)

[excerpt]:

“Ren,” Hux said, his voice caught in his throat. “Would you care to explain this?”

“Nudity permitted on the beach,” Ren offered in a lazy voice. “But I felt it would be inappropriate to flaunt my genitals in front of your officers. So I compromised.” His voice dipped to a whisper when he added. “Do you like it?”

Hux swallowed. It was shameful. Inappropriate. Scandalous. The handful of times Hux had been to a public beach, he wore proper bathing garments – form-fitting drawers of sensible length, both in the legs and the arms – that were standard swimwear in the academy. Not merely a few bits of string.

“You’re a very naughty boy,” Hux growled between clenched teeth, unable to keep his fingers away from the pale lines.
