Something for all the bottom Kylo people this time
once I built an entire star destroyer out of garbage
Imagine:
Hux waking up in the middle of the night after a nightmare; the indefinite, immediately forgotten kind that leaves a lingering shroud of unease in its wake.
He has them often, anxious thoughts bleeding into anxious dreams.
Still half-asleep, he’s briefly taken aback by the warm, solid form of Kylo Ren curled around his back. He’s unused to partners sharing his bed – it requires a level of trust that he is typically incapable of, and an amount of personal space that he is almost always unwilling to sacrifice.
What surprises Hux even more than Kylo’s presence is his own immediate, visceral reaction to that presence: an overwhelming sense of safety that dissipates all remnants of nightmare-induced disquiet, a rush of gratitude, and something addictively achy that blooms in his chest.
Kylo slips an arm around Hux’s torso, hesitates briefly even in his sleep, and then firmly pulls Hux closer.
Hux is quite suddenly struck with the sensation of standing on a vast precipice, with the overwhelming urge to jump. He feels simultaneously warm and terrified and invincible, and he can’t process this right now – not in the middle of his sleep cycle, probably not ever – so he just shuts it down, buries the influx of fondness-awe-terror somewhere deep and savors the immediate sensation of Kylo’s warmth.
He just closes his eyes and drifts off again.

You can’t tell me that last gif doesn’t scream “meet me in the supply closet in five minutes”.
Thank you for putting this in words.

i literally draw nothing else recently ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Stunned by his own action, Kylo Ren found himself weakened. He did not hear the roar of the enraged Wookiee above, but he did feel the sting of the shot from the bowcaster as it slammed into his side, knocking him back on the walkway. Amid the rising bedlam and confusion, Kylo Ren struggled to stand. As he did so, his gaze turned upward. To meet the stares of Finn and Rey, peering down at him. The shock of recognition helped him to regain his footing. Rising to his full height, he started back along the stillstanding walkway, moving with determination. Heading upward.
Beneath the Mask: Kylo Ren is obsessed with Vader, to the point he has tried to emulate the Sith Lord’s appearance and mannerisms. And in a way, he manages to combine both incarnations of Darth Vader: his cold, sinister masked persona in Episodes IV–VI, and his hot-tempered pretty boy persona from the brief time he was named Darth Vader prior to his battle on Mustafar in Episode III.
