Where is Samuel Beckwith (AD’s character in Lincoln) when you need him? Samuel and his pair of monogrammed military hairbrushes that he got from his parents when he graduated from West Point? Samuel Beckwith, a diligent and careful man who would be so soft and kind to Captain Henry.
There is a slight issue being that the events of The Revenant are set in 1823 and Lincoln is set around the events of the Emancipation Proclamation in 1863, but if you want to elide that, I suppose I can’t stop you. *wink, grin*
