I’ve seen a number of “well these new people weren’t around when,” and “they don’t know about,” and “they haven’t read this or that fic,” style posts, and I have to say that pretty consistently that kind of holier than thou stuff has always annoyed me. If you’re a new fan, you don’t need to know anything other than that you like Kylux (or are curious about it!) to be a part of this fandom. Don’t let folks intimidate or make you feel shunned.
